• Does your customer pay you a premium for taking an extra 2 minutes to open the gate that you haven’t got around to fixing?
• Does your customer pay you a premium to fix the irrigation laterals that pop off the T’s in your vineyard because you “can’t afford” new ones?
• Does your customer pay you a premium for managing the canopy on those annoying short rows?
• Does your customer pay you a premium for replacing broken posts every year?
